arsenicCatnip [ac] opened memo on board ROLEPLAYS IN SPACE (FUR IN-CHARACTER RESPONSES!)

:33 < *ac stretches languidly after a nice little cat nap*
:33 < *her two mouths extend in a mighty yawn that rumbles low in her throat*
:33 < *then her nose twitches, catching a new scent*
:33 < *a visitor to her territory, purrhaps?*
yardbird: Eh eh eh eh. (wow when will he ever be this happy)

[There is that flash of video and... well, while Murphy has had other things to worry about at the moment -- why the hell not? It's Christmas-ish. He just shrugs to himself:]

> Whether she be a predator, prey, or friendly, the raven does not mingle with many of his own kind. But it's a special kind of day that calls for many kinds of exceptions... a day in which he's willing to extend his wing to even his most natural enemy.
> We're all friends here.
> He is delighted that AC has accepted his humble invitation, and guarantees that she won't regret it.

> For the sake of his tail feathers, he also notes that he will make good on his end.
> No wiley antics, that is to say.
yardbird: Find a parkin' spot. (parking spots are so gangsta)

> The raven has worked hard preparing for this gathering, and is actually quite humbled by those who indulge on his whims.
> He is faltered by her question, however, and takes pause to mull it over. Ravens, least of all Kwek, do not have many allies in the land or sea or sky.

> Considering this, he replies thoughtfully, telling AC that he accepts friends no matter what form they take, so long as they never judge him.
> That's all that really matters.
> Until he decides to pull one of its many schemes.
> Ka very much.
yardbird: These are the days we'll never forget... (you're not mary)

> The raven thinks carefully over her words and realizes that he's never considered that before.
> But the raven is also not the type fortunate enough to be graced with friendship at all, let alone with its carnivorous predators.

> He hopes that this won't become a problem later down the road, he tells her.
> It would be a shame if his only friend were to eventually see him as nothing more than an appetizing snack.

> But AC wouldn't do something like THAT, right?

> After all, he is choosing to invite her to a feast out of the kindness of his good intentions, which is a rare feat of the bird.
